For Law firms, accountancies and consultancies
Your clients hand you sensitive work. Show them the outside of your firm is in order.
Firms live on trust and on email. Impersonating a partner or sending a fake engagement letter takes only a spoofable domain. PixelPrivate checks that domain, watches for lookalike firm names and gives you a report for client due diligence.
No credit card. Passive checks only. We never change your systems.
What keeps you up at night
The worries we hear most from this seat
A spoofed "partner" asks for a transfer
Fraudsters copy a senior name and send an urgent request to staff or to a client. If your domain is easy to spoof, it looks real.
Fake engagement letters and invoices
Clients paying a lookalike account because an invoice looked like yours is a reputational problem that follows you.
Client security questionnaires
Corporate clients and their procurement teams now send security reviews to their law firm, accountant or consultant.
A firm name that is easy to imitate
Surnames and "& Partners" patterns are simple to copy into a lookalike domain, and nobody checks.
Professional indemnity and cyber insurance
Insurers ask about email controls and want to see you have thought about them.
What PixelPrivate does about it
Specific checks and monitoring, mapped to those worries
Everything marked Available today works now. Anything marked Roadmap is planned and not yet released.
Email authentication verification
SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, with a staged path to enforcement so legitimate client mail keeps flowing while spoofing becomes harder.

A 30-person accounting firm during tax season
Picture an accounting firm whose partners email clients about deadlines and payments all day. The managing partner scans the firm’s domain before the busy season.
A scan like this commonly reveals whether the firm’s DMARC is enforcing, whether a practice-management or document-signing tool sends email as the firm without being authenticated, and whether any lookalike domains with the firm’s surnames have recently been registered.
Each finding becomes a ticket for the IT provider, and the report becomes the answer when a corporate client asks how the firm protects client communications.
What a scan like this commonly surfaces
- DMARC not enforcing
- Signing tool missing from SPF
- Lookalike domains using partner surnames
- No client-ready proof of review
This is a generic example written to explain what the product does. It describes no real company, person, quote or statistic.
Executive summary report
An answer for client due diligence
Share a report that shows the firm checks its external security on a schedule, with specifics, rather than replying that "we take security seriously".
See how reports workA shareable report includes
- Email protection status
- Website and certificate health
- Dated progress over time
Describes external posture only. It is not an audit or a certification.
What we do not do
Honest limits, so you know exactly what you are buying
- PixelPrivate does not protect confidential client files, document stores or practice-management systems.
- It does not read email and cannot detect a compromised mailbox.
- It is not a professional-standards or regulatory compliance tool, and it is not an audit.
- It cannot stop fraud that arrives from an unrelated domain or through social engineering.

Questions from legal, accounting and consulting
Will it protect confidential client documents?
No. It checks public configuration only. Document security depends on your own access controls, encryption and policies.
Can it detect a compromised partner mailbox?
No. It does not read mail or see inside accounts. It reduces direct domain spoofing and flags lookalike domains.
Can we give clients a report?
Yes. A shareable report states what was checked and when. It describes external posture only and is not an audit.
Does it help with regulator expectations?
It can support good hygiene, but it is not a compliance tool. Follow your regulator’s guidance and seek professional advice.
We use a cloud email provider. Do we still need this?
Yes. Your provider secures its platform, but SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain are configured in your DNS and are yours to maintain.
