For CEOs and founders of 50–400 person companies
You run the company. You should not have to guess whether it is exposed.
At 50 to 400 people you are a real target and a real supplier, but you probably do not have a security team. PixelPrivate gives you a clear outside-in picture of your domain, email and brand, ranked by business impact, in language you can act on or forward.
No credit card. Passive checks only. We never change your systems.
What keeps you up at night
The worries we hear most from this seat
A deal stalls on a security questionnaire
A larger customer sends a 90-question form and your answer to "how do you know your external exposure?" is a shrug. Deals slow down or quietly die.
Someone emails your customers as you
If your domain does not enforce email authentication, a criminal can send a convincing invoice or password reset that appears to come from your company.
You hear about problems from outsiders
An expired certificate, a forgotten subdomain or a copycat website tends to surface through a customer complaint rather than your own monitoring.
Your insurer asks questions you cannot answer
Cyber insurance applications ask about email authentication, MFA and exposed services. Nobody in the building owns the answers.
You cannot tell if the money is working
IT says everything is fine. You have no independent, repeatable way to check, or to show the board what changed this quarter.
What PixelPrivate does about it
Specific checks and monitoring, mapped to those worries
Everything marked Available today works now. Anything marked Roadmap is planned and not yet released.
An external scan you can read
Eighteen automated checks of what the internet can see: DNS, certificates, HTTPS, security headers and exposed services. Each finding leads with business impact, then the technical detail.
See exposure scanningEmail authentication checks
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are verified against your live DNS, with the exact record to publish if something is missing, so you can hand it straight to IT.

Lookalike domains that borrow your name are watched continuously, and you are alerted when a new one appears.
See Brand ShieldAlerts and monitoring
Regular re-scans and alerts when something changes, so you hear about it from us first.

A structured checklist and public Trust Page to answer customer due diligence faster. Self-attested readiness, not certification.

A 150-person company with one part-time IT contractor
Imagine a 150-person business whose IT is handled by one contractor a few days a week. The CEO connects the company domain and runs a first scan. Nothing is installed and no one is asked for a password.
A scan like this commonly surfaces a handful of ordinary gaps: a DMARC record that only monitors, a sending service that is not covered by SPF, a certificate nearing expiry on a rarely used subdomain, and a couple of lookalike domains registered recently. None of it is dramatic. All of it is the kind of thing that is cheap to fix before it becomes expensive.
The CEO forwards the plain-English fix list to the contractor and keeps the summary report for the next board meeting.
What a scan like this commonly surfaces
- DMARC set to monitor only
- Unlisted sending service in SPF
- Certificate close to expiry
- Recently registered lookalike domains
This is a generic example written to explain what the product does. It describes no real company, person, quote or statistic.
Executive summary report
A one-page summary for the board
Generate a shareable report that shows score, top findings and what was fixed since last time. It is designed to be read in two minutes by someone who does not work in IT.
See how reports workA shareable report includes
- Current score and what drives it
- Top issues in business terms
- Progress between scans
Describes external posture only. It is not an audit or a certification.
What we do not do
Honest limits, so you know exactly what you are buying
- PixelPrivate does not protect laptops, phones or servers and does not replace endpoint protection or backups.
- It looks at internet-facing exposure only. It does not see inside your network, your cloud accounts or your mailboxes.
- It does not guarantee security and does not hold any security certification today.
- It does not make changes for you. You or your IT provider apply the fixes, and a re-scan verifies them.

Questions from ceos of growing companies
I am not technical. Will I understand the results?
Yes. Each finding starts with what it could mean for the business and what to do, then gives the technical detail for whoever implements it. The Copilot can also explain any finding in plain language or draft the note to your IT person.
Does this replace our IT provider?
No. It gives you an independent view of what the outside world can see, so you can ask better questions of your IT provider and check that fixes landed.
How long does it take to get a first result?
Minutes. Enter your domain and the external scan runs without installing anything. The free check needs no account, and the 7-day trial needs no credit card.
Can I show the results to my board or investors?
Yes. Shareable reports summarise the score, main findings and progress. They describe external exposure only, and they say so, so nobody mistakes them for an audit.
Is it safe to run against our real domain?
Scans are passive and low-impact: ordinary DNS and HTTPS requests. Only scan domains you own or are authorized to assess.
