For Digital agencies and managed service providers
Show clients what you protect, and catch what they forgot, across every domain you manage.
Agencies and MSPs are blamed when a client’s certificate lapses or their email is spoofed. PixelPrivate gives you an external check you can run per client domain, alerts when something changes and branded-feeling summary reports that make your value visible.
No credit card. Passive checks only. We never change your systems.
What keeps you up at night
The worries we hear most from this seat
The client’s certificate expires on your watch
You hear about it from the client, usually at the worst time, and the relationship takes the hit.
Client email is spoofable and nobody noticed
Sites you built or manage send mail via several tools, and email authentication was never finished.
Your value is invisible
When things go well, nothing happens, and clients cannot tell what you prevented. Renewal conversations suffer.
Inconsistent hygiene across dozens of domains
Each client domain has a different setup, and tracking them manually does not scale.
Client impersonation lands in your inbox
A fake site using a client’s name is reported to you first, and you have no monitoring in place.
What PixelPrivate does about it
Specific checks and monitoring, mapped to those worries
Everything marked Available today works now. Anything marked Roadmap is planned and not yet released.
Per-domain external scan
Run the eighteen external checks on each client domain you are authorised to assess, and get a prioritised list per client.

Verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC for each client and hand over the exact records, so email setup becomes a billable, repeatable task.

A 10-person agency managing websites for 30 small clients
Think of an agency that builds and hosts websites and handles DNS for dozens of small clients. A principal runs scans on the client domains the agency is authorised to assess.
A scan across a client base like this commonly shows a spread: several domains with certificates near expiry, many without an enforcing DMARC policy, and a few with old subdomains pointing at retired services.
The agency turns that into a standing offer: a quarterly external review with a short report per client, and a fix list the team can schedule.
What a scan like this commonly surfaces
- Certificates near expiry on client sites
- DMARC not enforcing across many clients
- Old subdomains pointing at retired services
- No change alerts on client DNS
This is a generic example written to explain what the product does. It describes no real company, person, quote or statistic.
Executive summary report
A quarterly report clients actually read
A short, plain summary per client makes your preventive work visible: what was checked, what was fixed, what still needs a decision.
See how reports workA shareable report includes
- Per-client score and trend
- Resolved versus open findings
- Recommended next steps
Describes external posture only. It is not an audit or a certification.
What we do not do
Honest limits, so you know exactly what you are buying
- PixelPrivate checks external exposure and email posture only. It is not a remote monitoring and management tool and does not manage endpoints.
- You may scan only domains you own or are authorised to assess. Get client authorisation first.
- It does not make configuration changes on your clients’ behalf.
- It does not replace your own backup, patching or incident response services.

Questions from agencies and msps
Can I scan client domains?
Yes, for domains you are authorised to assess. Get written authorisation from the client first, and stay within your plan’s domain limits.
Is there a multi-client dashboard?
A multi-client rollup is on the roadmap. Today you add each domain individually; see the pricing page for current limits.
Can I white-label the reports?
Reports are shareable links. We do not currently offer white-labelling, and we will label it as roadmap if that changes.
Does it replace our RMM or endpoint tools?
No. It complements them by covering the internet-facing side that agent-based tools cannot see.
How do I explain the findings to a non-technical client?
Each finding is written for business readers first. The Copilot can also draft a client-friendly explanation.
