Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 2026-10-08. Review the periods below with the operating entity and qualified counsel before launch.
Try it first, with no card
Every new account gets a 14-day trial of full Pro features without entering payment details. When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is charged. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from Manage billing in your dashboard. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period.
When we refund
- Monthly plans: if you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Annual plans: ask within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: if a renewal charged you and you did not mean to continue, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it, provided you have not meaningfully used the service since the renewal.
- Mistakes and double charges: if you were charged in error, for example twice for the same period, we refund the extra charge in full whatever the date.
- Plan changes: upgrades and downgrades are prorated by our payment provider. A downgrade credit is applied to your next invoice rather than paid out.
What we do not refund
After the periods above, we do not refund the unused part of a period you already paid for. We may decline a refund where there is clear abuse, for example repeatedly subscribing, using the service and requesting refunds, or a request made in breach of the acceptable use policy.
How to ask
Use the contact page and tell us the email address of your account and the date of the charge. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Who processes your payment
Paid plans are sold through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. Your invoice, taxes and card statement come from them, and refunds are issued through them. You may also have rights under the consumer laws where you live; this policy does not limit them.
