Security compliance readiness and customer trust for growing companies

Enterprise buyers send security questionnaires and ask about SOC 2 or ISO 27001. PixelPrivate is building tools to help you get organized: a readiness checklist, policy templates, a public Trust Page and a reusable answer library. Today you can already back your answers with a shareable external security report.

Get ready to answer customers with evidence, not guesses.

Who it is for

Built for teams without a security department

  • B2B software and service companies whose larger customers now send security questionnaires before signing.
  • Founders and operations leads who need to know what an auditor would ask and where to start.
  • Agencies and consultancies whose clients ask them to demonstrate basic security practice.

Business outcomes

The business problem: security reviews decide whether deals close

01

Shorter sales cycles

A deal that stalls for weeks in a customer’s vendor review is revenue delayed. Having answers, policies and evidence ready shortens that wait.

02

Less founder time on questionnaires

Each questionnaire asks versions of the same fifty questions. A maintained answer library means you stop rewriting them from scratch.

03

A path to formal audits with less rework

Knowing your gaps early is cheaper than learning them mid-audit. A readiness view helps you plan, budget and sequence the work.

04

Better answers for insurers

Insurance applications ask about controls such as MFA, backups and email protection. Organized evidence makes those forms faster and more accurate.

What you get

Capabilities and where each one stands today

Every item carries a status. Available means it is built and working today. New means it is being added now. Roadmap means planned and not yet built.

AvailableNewRoadmap

Shareable external security report

Available

A dated, plain-English report of your external security posture to send to customers and insurers.

Monitoring and alerts as ongoing evidence

Available

Scheduled scans create a history showing that checks are repeated, not one-off.

Grounded Copilot

Available

Ask how a finding relates to a typical customer question and get an answer grounded in your own scan data.

Compliance readiness checklist

Roadmap

A SOC 2 and ISO 27001 style self-assessment of the practices auditors tend to look for. Labeled readiness, not certification.

Policy templates

Roadmap

Editable starter policies, such as access control and incident response, to adapt to your company.

Public Trust Page

Roadmap

A page you control that presents your security practices and selected evidence to prospects.

Questionnaire answer library

Roadmap

Reusable answers to common security questions so each new questionnaire starts mostly complete.

Roadmap items are not available yet. They are shown so you can judge fit honestly. Nothing marked Roadmap should be read as a working feature, a certification or a detection capability.

How it works

How Trust & Compliance works

  1. 1

    Establish your external baseline

Run a scan and save the report. It is real evidence for the part of security that is visible from outside.

  2. 2

    Identify your gaps

The planned readiness checklist will map practices to the controls customers and auditors commonly ask about, using your own self-attested answers.

  3. 3

    Adopt policies and assign owners

Policy templates and task owners will help turn intentions into documented practice.

  4. 4

    Publish and reuse

Share a Trust Page and reuse an answer library so every future review is faster than the last.

Honest limits

What Trust & Compliance does not do

  • PixelPrivate does not certify you, perform an audit or issue SOC 2 or ISO 27001 reports. Only an accredited auditor can do that.
  • The readiness checklist, policy templates, Trust Page and questionnaire library are on the roadmap. They are not available today, and this page does not claim they are.
  • Readiness is self-attested. PixelPrivate does not independently verify internal controls such as employee training or device management.
  • Using the product does not guarantee a customer, auditor or insurer will accept your answers.

Compared with enterprise tools

Dedicated compliance automation platforms connect to dozens of internal systems to collect evidence continuously and often charge per framework and per module. PixelPrivate is not that today. Our approach is a lighter readiness layer for small teams, starting with external evidence you can share now and adding self-attested checklists and templates as they are built.

Frequently asked questions

Will PixelPrivate make me SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliant?

No. Compliance is awarded after an independent audit. The planned tools are meant to help you prepare and organize evidence, and they are labeled readiness, not certification.

What can I use today for customer security reviews?

Your shareable external security report, scan history from monitoring, and the Copilot for explaining findings. The checklist, templates, Trust Page and answer library are roadmap items.

When will the roadmap features ship?

We do not publish dates we cannot keep. Features appear with a status badge on this page as they move from roadmap to new to available.

Can a report from PixelPrivate replace a questionnaire?

It can answer the external parts, such as email authentication, HTTPS and headers. Questions about internal policies, staff and devices still need your own answers.
