Plain terms
Changing or cancelling your plan
- Upgrade any time. It takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated.
- Downgrade or cancel any time. You keep your paid features until the period you paid for ends, then move to Free.
- Your data stays. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. Domains beyond your plan keep their history; scheduled monitoring runs for the domains your plan covers.
- Existing accounts keep their access and everything they have already built.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and you get the full Pro experience for 14 days: up to 25 domains, daily monitoring, continuous Brand Shield, the AI Copilot, Data Exposure checks, email alerts and reports. No credit card is asked for.
What happens when the trial ends?
After the trial, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. You keep your account, your history and every finding. You keep using the Free plan for as long as you like, and you can choose a paid plan whenever you want more domains or automation.
Will I lose my domains or data if I end up on Free?
No. Nothing is deleted. Free includes 1 domain; if you added more during the trial they stay visible and you can scan them by hand, but scheduled monitoring continues for your first domain only until you choose a plan.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter if you run one business website. Business (most popular) if you manage a few domains or want Microsoft 365 checks. Pro for agencies and teams with many domains. Agency to manage security for many clients from one place.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20%: Starter $144, Business $372, Pro $756, Agency $1428 per year. Monthly billing is always available.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect straight away. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to Free. Your data stays.
What if a payment fails?
We keep your plan active while your payment provider retries, and show a clear notice on your dashboard so you can update your card. If it cannot be collected, your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
I already have an account. What changes for me?
Your current access and data are kept. Existing accounts stay on at least what they had, and any subscription keeps working.
Do you hide security findings on the Free plan?
No. Free includes the Security Score, the core findings and the instructions to fix them. Paid plans add scale and automation: more domains, daily monitoring, alerts, continuous Brand Shield and reports.
Does PixelPrivate replace my firewall, WordPress security plugin or antivirus?
No. It complements them. See "Works alongside what you already have" above.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT and sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Who processes the payment?
Payments are handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, so we never see or store your card details.
What does "Coming soon" mean?
It marks features included in the plan that are not available yet. We label them clearly instead of selling them as available. You can see what works today on the plan card and in the comparison table.
